Grooming Details

There will be rooms provided for dog grooming at the Drawbridge Host Hotel as well as a bathing building located on the grounds. No grooming or bathing of dogs is permitted in the hotel rooms or other areas of the hotel grounds.

Indoor grooming space will be available in rooms adjunct to the exhibit hall on a first come, first serve basis. Grooming spaces will be clearly delineated. Electrical outlets will be available but must be shared.

The following guidelines will be in effect while using the indoor grooming area. Members of the Show Committee and Grooming Area Coordinator will enforce all the Rules listed below.

Grooming room doors will be locked at 11 p.m. Dogs are NOT allowed to be in the Grooming area after 11 p.m.
No area mats will be permitted.
No chairs will be allowed in the grooming area.
No tent crates are allowed in the main grooming rooms and all crates must be stackable.
Saving of spaces is NOT permitted.
One grooming table per 5 dogs and tables must be folded when not is use.
Exhibitors are responsible for clean and sanitary conditions in and around their grooming space. The grooming area will be cleaned nightly. Please pick up your area in the evening to allow for proper cleaning of the room.
No ex-pens allowed in the grooming area and no exercising of dogs indoors.
Obedience / Rally exhibitors - There will be area designated for soft-sided crates. This area will be available on Monday (all day) and Tuesday (until 2 p.m.).
