You are cordially invited to participate as a vendor at the Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club of America’s 2006 National Specialty in Ft. Mitchell, KY, MO. We hope you are able to join us for some fun and corgi-fellowship. Here are details to spark your interest:

Dates:	Saturday, May 20, 2006 – Saturday, May 27, 2006. Since May 20 -21st are herding and tracking events off-site from the host hotel, best vendor opportunities are Monday, May 22nd – Saturday, May 27th during Rally, Agility, Obedience, the Megan, Puppy and Veteran Sweepstakes, and regular Conformation classes, all on-site.
Show Site:	Herding event May 20-21st at the Ann Keller Farm, Tracking event May 21st at the Kentucky Horse Park. All other events held at the Drawbridge Inn & Conference Center in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky. Vendor set up will be at the Drawbridge Inn & Conference Center.
Fees:	$40 per day plus a one-time charge of $50 for a 10’ x 10’ space. One (1) six-foot table with cloth, two (2) chairs per booth, and access to electrical hook-up provided. All fees must be prepaid by April 7th.

Silent Auction:	Vendors are requested to donate an item of their choosing to our Silent Auction and Raffle. You may deliver them to me upon your arrival or to the Silent Auction/Raffle chairperson, Brenda Medlock. We regret we cannot accept donations in lieu of vendor fees.
Advance Sales:	This year vendors have the opportunity to have their contact information listed on the web site in order to generate advance sales. If this appeals to you, please be certain to indicate your contact information on the Vendor Registration form.

Please complete the Vendor Registration Form (download at top of page) and return it to me by no later than April 14, 2006. Be sure to enclose your check, as all fees must be prepaid prior to arrival. Remember, space is limited, so you’ll want to get your reservation in early. Please also let me know if you would like to be placed nearby (or away from) a certain vendor to gain the best marketing advantage and we will do our best to accommodate you. While we strive not to duplicate products offered by vendors, we cannot always guarantee this and ask for your understanding. More information, such as floor plan and space assignments will be sent to you soon after the registration deadline.
